Better marketing

When listing with The Lundy Team, you can expect your marketing to include the best of old school real estate marketing, as well as new techniques to get the property in front of as many qualified buyers as possible in order to Sell for more!

Old school techniques include top-notch professional photography, professionally printed marketing pieces, distribution of a Just Listed postcard, full property details entered into the MLS and of course a wood yard-arm sign.  New marketing techniques include property details syndicated to all major real estate websites, posting of a Just Listed announcement across social media channels, virtual tours with interactive blueprints/floor plans, and even aerial drone photos when appropriate.

local expert

Audi has spent the last 35+ years living in Golden and Lakewood, while Alexander is a 3rd generation Colorado native, with more than 23 years of his life spent in Golden, Lakewood and Denver. Between the two of them there is no shortage of local knowledge and expertise.

But their local knowledge also expands into real estate. While Audi has sold properties as far North as Boulder, as far South as Castle Rock, West into the Rockies and East into the Plains, our area of greatest expertise is the West side.  In particular Golden, Lakewood, Wheat Ridge, Arvada, Evergreen, and Genesee, are areas of pariticular strength for The Lundy Team.

strong contractor network

One of the benefits of working on 225+ transactions worth $110,000,000 is that we have met a large number of contractors and other professionals working directly in real estate, or along side it. Some of these individuals and companies have been absolute workhorse, having done 20 or more projects at our listings to ensure they end up looking their best. Others have been less helpful and we can be sure to encourage you to use someone else.

This network proves useful for every client we work with, either because of how much they save compared to the competition, perhaps its their attention to detail, or even by troubleshooting a persistent issue and bypassing the need for any work or repairs in the first place.
